Making it easy for your audience to text you is one of the most important factors in growing your community. If you're active on instagram, you'll want to add a "text me" button to your profile that gives your audience 1-click access to your community number. This will drastically help increase your passive influx of new members. To set this up requires a few simple steps.
First, you must have a Business or Creator Account in order to access this feature. To check this, go to: Settings > Account > Switch to Business account or a Creator account.
Next, to add the actual button:
From profile > Edit Profile > Contact Options > Add Phone Number > Click Phone Number > Select “Text” > Done > Save
That's it! Test it out and let your audience know you've added the feature.
