Campaign Surveys make it easy to ask one clear question inside a text campaign and get real answers from your audience.

You send a single question with a few response options. People reply naturally by text, number, or emoji. Their responses are automatically grouped using Community's keyword listening and response intelligence.

We've redesigned the Campaign Details page to make it easier than ever to understand how your messages are performing and what to do next.

With a cleaner layout, clearer metrics, and more intuitive follow-up actions, the new experience helps you quickly see what worked, who engaged, and how to keep the momentum going. We've made some small but important updates to our WhatsApp capabilities that will improve your member experience.

The first update ensures that any WhatsApp member imported via API or one-time upload must reply "Y" to confirm their opt-in before receiving messages. This mirrors our SMS opt-in flow and aligns with WhatsApp's policies. It adds an extra layer of compliance by making sure only members who explicitly opt-in can be messaged and helps maintain a high-quality, engaged audience.

The second update allows Community members to send you media, such as videos and GIFs. This capability strengthens the two-way relationship with your members by enabling them to reply directly within WhatsApp with pictures and videos, eliminating the need to use other platforms.

We've introduced powerful new timeframe filters in the Campaign List View, making it easier to review and manage your outreach.

Quickly filter campaigns by preset ranges like Last 7, 30, 90 Days, or Year-to-Date, or set a custom date range to focus on exactly the period you want.

Whether you're checking recent performance or analyzing long-term trends, these filters help you find the right campaigns faster and keep your campaign management streamlined.

Finding the right Flow just got easier! You can now filter your Flows list by status and flow type, then clear filters one by one or all at once.

We've also updated sorting so your Flows show by Last Edited (most recent first) instead of alphabetically , keeping your latest work right at the top.

Campaign Follow Up Flows enable you to automatically follow up with members based on how they engaged with your campaigns. With Campaign Follow-Up Flows, every recipient enters a flow that branches depending on their actions:

• Did they click a link or not?
• Did they respond, or stay silent?
• Did they use a specific keyword, emoji, or hashtag in their reply?

Now it's easier than ever to personalize your outreach, keep conversations going, and scale your engagement like never before!

Your Campaign List View just leveled up into a true campaign control center. With new filters for status, type, and channel you can instantly zoom in on the campaigns that matter most. Whether you're tracking performance by channel, reviewing upcoming communications, or analyzing completed campaigns, these powerful filters give you full command of your outreach,all in one place.

Now you can save campaign drafts, so you have the flexibility to let a great idea sit for a minute or save it and collaborate with others on your team. Come back any time. Finish it up and send it out. Want to know more? Check out this article.

You can now trigger a flow the moment someone joins a community! Members will automatically enter your "Joined a Community" flow whether they're added manually, join through a keyword, get there via another flow, or are added via an API call.

Use this to branch to add them into additional communities or send tailored follow-up messages. You'll be prompted to create a flow when setting up a new community or you can add one anytime from the Flows or Communities tab.

Campaign Status on Dashboard There is now a campaign status column on the campaign dashboard that tells you at a glance, which campaigns are in draft, complete, active, in progress or scheduled.

Scheduled Campaigns Into Dashboard Scheduled campaigns now show directly in your campaign dashboard with a "Scheduled" status. You can skip the extra click to the scheduling screen and get a full picture at a glance.

Campaign Complete E-Mail Campaign creators/owners will now receive an automated e-mail notification that their campaign is complete with a copy of the text and the stats of the campaign and a link into the campaign dashboard.

We're thrilled to release one of the most common requests from our Flow users - the ability to save a Flow as a draft!

For those Flow creators who need a bit more time to think about a Flow, or those who want to collaborate on a Flow with a team member before publishing, this feature's for you. Simply save your Flow as a draft and come back later to let 'er fly.

In addition to Flow Drafts, we have released the ability to see campaign senders.

See Campaign Senders Users can now see who sent a Campaign in four key areas: Campaign List View, Campaign Detail Page, Scheduled Campaign List View, and Scheduled Campaign Detail Modal. This applies to all new campaigns going forward, giving teams clearer visibility into who is sending what.

WhatsApp users can now sort and filter when viewing their WhatsApp members in their communities, bringing the same powerful organization tools that were previously only available for SMS communities.

Want to tweak the copy of a Scheduled Campaign before it is sent? How about tweak the schedule so that it ships earlier…or later? Well, now you can!

Simply click on Edit Campaign to edit until your heart's content. Your updated message will be sent at the schedule time.

We are excited to release some enhancements to one of our most important features - Flows. With this release, you will now be able to:

• Branch the logic of your Keyword Flows using If/Else paths. This will allow you to create much more robust automations with vastly improved targeting opportunities.
• Target your flows with more filtering options. You can now target any path in your Flows using Location, Age, Gender, Community membership, or any Custom Field you collect. Hone in on the right audience in your automations with these enhanced filters.

These enhancements are available on all plans that have access to Flows.

We've launched "Recent Campaigns" a new feature in Compose Modal that displays your last 15 sent campaigns, saving you clicks and precious time. Previously, building a message for 6 communities took 17 clicks. With Recent Campaigns, that's reduced to just a few!

This name will not only appear on the Campaigns page for easy identification, but you can also edit it at any time, even for existing campaigns.

Custom Signup Fields allow you to collect unique data on your Members when they sign up for Community. You can collect anything, from their preferred streaming platform to social handles, favorite color, or profession. Collect the information that helps you learn about your Community and provides the most personalized messaging experience.

Dynamic fields can be used to personalize your messages with information such as the recipient's first name, last name, email address, or birthday. This can help you to increase engagement with your messages by making them feel more personal. You can insert dynamic custom fields into your messages by typing the { key or selecting the + icon. You can use up to 4 dynamic fields in one message.

With this new feature, Leaders will be able to follow up with Members based on their engagement with your outbound campaign: whether they responded or didn't to your message and they clicked or didn't click a link in your message.
