Activity Fields and Acquisition Source Filtering
Filter and sort your members by what they actually do and by how they joined.
Filter by acquisition source to see how a member joined your Community, so you can compare activity by channel instead of treating every member the same.
New activity fields cover both recency and volume:
- Recency: Last Incoming Message, Last Campaign Response, Last Survey Response, Last Media View, Last Link Click, Last Direct Message, and Last Activity Date (any touch point from the member).
- Volume: Total Incoming Messages, Total Campaign Responses, Total Survey Responses, Total Media Views, Total Link Clicks, Total Direct Messages, and Total Campaigns Received.
Sharper targeting and segmentation based on real activity signals:
- Your most responsive fans: sort by Total Campaign Responses or Total Link Clicks and take the top slice.
- Your next nurture campaign send: filter for members whose Last Activity Date is more than 60 or 90 days out.
- Active growth channels: filter by acquisition source, then sort by response totals inside each one.
- Clean your list before your next big send: see who's quietly driving up your send costs and dragging down your response rate by finding members with zero activity of any kind and a high Total Campaigns Received.
- Members who joined but never received a campaign: filter for zero Total Campaigns Received. These people opted in for a reason and never got a message.
- Convert media viewers to responders: filter members by total or recent Last Media View and engage a group already showing interest in your Community.
