Lifestyle fashion label Madhappy is using their clothing to make the world a more optimistic place. They're also one of the earliest Leaders on Community.
In July of 2020, Madhappy released a new collection featuring their unique 10-digit Community number. Then they converted the number into a Local Optimist Hotline, creating a safe space for their members to talk freely about mental health while also providing resources for support.
By weaving their Community number directly into product, Madhappy turned every piece of merch into an entry point for mental health conversation, deepening loyalty with the customers who care most about the brand's mission.
