During Univision's historic Spanish-language broadcast of the game, J Balvin "leaked" his phone number in a Verizon ad, inviting fans to connect with him directly. Leveraging Community's platform, Verizon deployed a custom chatbot to power a dynamic second-screen experience. Fans who reached out via SMS or WhatsApp received real-time, authentic responses crafted by a well-trained Al that reflected J Balvin's voice and personality.
