DecoExchange is a small ecommerce business based in Chalmette, Louisiana, specializing in craft- and wreath-making supplies as well as home decor. Like many small business owners navigating the pandemic, DecoExchange needed an effective way to reach customers and keep them engaged.
In December 2020, the company sent over 9,000 Community Members (people in their text message Community) a text announcing new inventory, which included a link to the webstore and a link to a Facebook Live product reveal. As a direct result, DecoExchange generated a 20% CTR and $50,000 in sales in a 24-hour period.
